For all in-person sales made at our physical store locations, and trade shows we will honor exchanges for items of equal value. We encourage customers to inspect their items carefully before completing their purchase to ensure that the product meets their expectations. All items must be in original packaging, and unused in order for us to honor an exchange.
Online Orders:
For online orders made through our website, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return an item. Our return policy for online orders is as follows:
Return Eligibility:
We will only honor returns for items that have manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw or imperfection in the product that occurred during the manufacturing process and is not the result of user-created damage.
Return Process:
If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at EMAIL HERE within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.

Return Conditions:
